Booking Details

All prices are in Thai Baht and include tax and service charges.
All rooms include American breakfast (for 2 guests) and free transfer from the pier.
The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay.
Free transfer from Haad Rin or Thongsala ferry ports.
A baby cot is available free of charge.
Safety lockers are available at reception.
Internet is available at reception and Wi-Fi is also available.
Full Moon Party transfer (one way) is 100 Baht per person.

The promotional period is from Jan 1st 2012 until May 31st 2012
Prices are Inclusive of breakfast.
Book advance 45 days before arrival date.
Min Stay 3 nights
Does not include full moon period.
Non Refundable.

Booking Restrictions

The Minimum Stay is 4 days on the Full Moon period (there is a 3 night Minimum Stay at a supplementary rate - please apply for details), 5 nights at New Year and 5 nights at Christmas.
Children sharing bed with parents are free of charge. 100 Baht per child compulsory breakfast.
Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner Fusion Style Buffet (starts from 06.00 pm – 09.00 pm) at 1,500 Baht per adult and 750 Baht for children 4-12 Years.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
1. Cancellation notice of 7 days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show 100% charge of total deposited. Early check out is charged at 100%.
2. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 1. above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc).
3. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
